When I made bloggerluv I wanted to make a community and thought that finally I could meet and hang with some decent people and many decent people have joined but I have proved to myself what I had expected and am grateful for the experience. The potential for BloggerLUV is amazing and I don’t actually want to sell it but I need to really leave San Antonio and finally end the 15 yr nightmare called marriage. I guess you can say over the time I have been blogging I learned a lot about how people really are and I was able to stop drinking and avoid many of the traps I used to get caught in.
Now I must leave I want to go and start a new peaceful life somewhere and wanted to go see my new grandchild first then disappear to a new and happier life. I have every confidence as long as I move soberly and peacefully as best I can I will be ok.
So here’s the deal I looked at some sites where you sell domains and I am really more interested in passing it to the right person I would LUV to give it to someone like MS Ileane she is able to treat everyone nice no matter what they do and to be honest most bloggers make me sick I need a brake and go take care of some business in my past. The site currently makes 300+ a month and I started it approx 3 months ago I owned the domain for like 2 yrs I think . I don’t want to or need to show a bunch of stats about how awesome the site is but it needs someone with the resources I don’t have and won’t have being here anytime soon.
TO be honest I really do care about people but I am sick of people and the shit they do like not answer their phone, say Thanks or really try to be a real friend I don’t have time for it I will be 45 this week and FINALLY enjoy my own company.
I would take $3000 cash today and I would agree to a time payment if I trusted the person and had 1/2 up front this is not a project for some jackass that doesn’t know wordpress on a deep level and able to keep up with hundreds of bloggers on the FLY 
It could and would be a LIFE changing experience for someone if they were ready.
If I know you and trust you I would take a $1,000 down payment so I can get on the Greyhound and not look back God I hate fucking Texas and I have lived many places and these people are BY FAR the worst and I am proud I was able to deal with so many lowlifes and not kill someone many times.
Help me avoid Texas Death row because I don’t like to be in panic mode and to be honest I am 100% Irish with long history of violence and that is all way in the past but I am no one’s sucker and will smack someone QUICK in real life that is why it was so disappointing blogging reaching out to 1000′s and seeing so many assholes and jerks I mean I deserve way better and that is why I am leaving San Antonio I wouldn’t wipe my ass with Texas

It sounds like a good deal for someone with $3k to invest, provided that income stream is guaranteed.
IMHO (in my humble opinion) — you’d best wait to sell after the site reaches PR-4 (its very close). The appraised value would increase with a few more months of waiting….

Hey John, I was on vacation this week and I’m just getting a chance to really take this all in. I appreciate that you mentioned me here and at the same time I regret the overall message.
For me BloggerLuv is so successful because you’re the one that is behind it. You have a certain style that is very attractive to most bloggers and it cannot be duplicated by me and I doubt that it can by anyone else. The first thing that comes to mind when I think about you and this post is the song by George Benson – Everything Must Change.
It’s sad but true.
I’m going to think this whole thing over for a few days and see what side of the fence I end up on, you know the grass is always greener on the other side.
I always wish nothing but the best for you and your family even if that means you need to separate in order to move forward. People (including my daughter) always tell me what a fantastic mother I am but at the same time I remember those teenage years when my daughter said some things I know she wishes she could take back now. As a parent you have to tuck those hurt feelings away until that day when the child comes to his or her senses and says “I love you”.

What if we could find a financial backer or raise the cash somehow and put together a team to manage BloggerLuv consisting of people like Ileane, Rob, myself, Karl – you know the type – people who, as John said about Ileane, “able to treat everyone nice no matter what they do and to be honest”.
We know people who have the skills and are willing to donate their time to managing and promoting BloggerLuv well. What we lack is the cash (because those of us who focus on helping others rarely focus on making much money).
BloggerLuv can be self-supporting or donation-supported or someone cool could own it and we would help but whatever we do we don’t want to let it die and we don’t want it to be owned by anyone selfish.
Any ideas anyone?

Some of us were working with John on projects to build activities for the community. We’ll continue to do that with John while he figures out what he wants to do.
I would say to give John time to figure out the personal stuff then he can share how he wants to move forward on BloggerLuv. I can’t imagine how much John has to juggle right now logistically.
I know Mitch and I were looking for volunteers to help us with the programs and so far no one has stepped up.
