First welcome to my blog. I just finished reading an awesome post a young man from India “Jakes” wrote about BloggerLUV and it was fascinating to read and see the effect the site has on some people.

One dismal point to be at personally is the site is hot and I have 100% enjoyed the whole process to me it’s not work but a real learning experience. One thing I am learning is that people are going to force me to retain 100% ownership of the site, I am not going to let people that had no faith in me benefit when the time comes that it was obvious they should of jumped when they had the chance.
When I recently meet with the owner of Blogcatalog he told me of days of making 100K a month from adsense alone well those days are obviously over but any site that is gaining in popularity as BloggerLUV will obviously make money and PLENTY of it. I am still at the stuck point and Thank God my wife just finished nursing school and has one test next week because it has been rough the last few months.
Most days I realize how people really are and just focus on moving forward
Some things I am working on.
Adding more features to bloggerLUV
prepare for the move.
Keep focused and not get caught up in negativity as best I can.

I totally agree, never give up partial ownership in a site, for any amount of money. You will do better by waiting, building up the value and then watch the $$$ roll in.
