Hi John,
What are you using to check for nofollow? Thesis nofollows unimportant links like those to Twitter so if you just search for nofollow you’ll see some but if you really look or you use the SEOBook Toolbar or any of the other tools that highlight nofollowed links you’ll see that our comments and links in posts are always dofollow.
A bunch of the blogs you have in the nofollow section ARE dofollow including mine, Karen’s, Donna’s, Rob’s – we are ALL Do Follow. GrowMap is even certified DoFollow.

it never said this is a list of No follow blogs or whatever you thought it said
I had to delete all those links anyway
As far as do follow I don’t think there is a blogger on this planet that needs to instruct me about do follow
as everyone you know was DO FOLLOW AFTER this blog

I found a post I wrote back in March that shows in images which links are nofollowed versus which are dofollowed. I linked it in the main URL field of this comment.
I make sure all the blogs I am involved in are dofollow and GrowMap is 100% dofollow – it is even certified dofollow.

After meeting you and joining BloggerLuv, just about everyone has converted to DoFollow and added the CommentLuv plugin. There might be a few hold outs but they’ll wake up soon.

Google Chrome has an awesome plugin for showing all nofollow links with a strike through them, makes it so easy to find out who is dofollow and who is nofollow.
I apologize for not being more active in BloggerLuv, this will change as I am no longer networking on SocialSpark 1.0 and shifting my time there to BloggerLuv instead.

Learning heaps from you guys and have another question for you. Just read you are stumbling ppl and you talked about linking to a post.
Firstly, could you tell me about Stumble(in non-techie terms please as I just find techie stuff so hard) and how do I do links to your post?
Thanks. You can see I am a newbie to all this but I love writing articles, tweeting and learning from other bloggers. With the help of others I am dofollow, commentluv and keywordluv. Just getting to see how good it is to be part of this blogging community.
BTW I had some ppl stumble me the other day and wow I got heaps of traffic to my site. Don’t know how to tell who it was to go visit their blog and thank them.

Hey John,
I’m a little confused by the post. Am I supposed to fix something? My programmer was told to have my site set up as do follow for links. We’re still fixing problems constantly so I haven’t even been able to talk to him about adding comment luv. He freaks out whenever I bring up addons because they keep breaking the site codes he wrote.
The “little” tool that I had him created to help friends cost me a bundle and kept shutting down my site for 2 months. We think we’ve found all the bugs (cross my fingers).
I just want one month without any technical problems so I can focus on other things.

I added the links whole so people could see what links I was going to add the anchor text to had nothing to do with no follow etc
But I can see why people were confused I will be more careful next time
and no one was left off on purpose
