Instead of wasting any time thinking about how some people will mistake your kindness for weakness and to confirm the fact that I have seen 1000′s of HOT SHOTS come and GO also negativity is a waste of my time. I like to slap myself sometimes and remind myself that I do personally know some of the coolest bloggers in the world.
I know some bloggers for a while now and to me cool is basically someone who seems to always pop up right on time maybe after you had a rough day. Someone who looks past judging you for their own benefit and thinks they are slick hey fuck fake friends I rather be by myself. I have plenty to do.
So I will make up a FIRST PLACE 125 it doesn’t have to link to this blog this isn’t some lame link tactic, in fact I have been deleting mad links lately mainly trackbacks and other crazy worthless links.

This is kind of hard to do….I say that because I love this woman’s blog and I’ve left lots of comments, RTd her and told other people about her blog and certain posts. I’ve even “mentioned” her on Twitter and NEVER has she thanked or even acknowledged me.
But John, I love her writings. She is entertaining and I always wanted more….but one day I got tired of her ignoring me. So when you ask for recommendations, do you care if the bloggers are stuck up? Please advise.

THIS IS WHY we must find the COOLEST BLOGGER IN THE WORLD
As much as it sucks to be ignored, you have to look at the value of the content they are sharing. Even if the author is not friendly, if you are benefiting from their information and believe that others would as well, don’t think of sharing it as doing the author a favor – think of it as doing yourself and your followers the favor instead.
There are several people I retweet and link out to that probably don’t know (or don’t care) I exist. I don’t do it for them though – I do it because I found something valuable in their post that I could use and hope my readers / followers could find it helpful as well.
Also, on the note of being stuck up, some people come off that way, but you have to consider what else they have going on. Like me, I’m managing a blog, directory, and personal sites along with a full time job and a personal life. Sometimes that gets overwhelming and makes it difficult for me to get back to everyone that I’d like to. Not to defend snobby bloggers, but more to defend ones that come off that way that don’t mean to (like me sometimes during busy months).

It’s tough… but at the same time, if you know it’s good information, you can’t just pass it up because of your personal feelings toward the person. There have been a few times i have came across really great posts and thought “this writer is just a jerk” but at the same time, if I don’t take the advice in the post, then I’m only hurting myself by not taking advantage of valuable knowledge due to personal issues.
It goes the other way around too… you want to do something nice for someone because you like them and promote their stuff, but you also have to think about if the material is good and whether your followers will benefit from you sharing it.

Perceptions vary from person to person. What is good for me may turn out to be the reverse for another. You have mentioned your perspective of being cool. Hey there could be much more to it. Now, this becomes tricky when you are looking out for a cool blogger? How would you define one?
I think, for the purpose of this post, a cool blogger is one that is providing value and interacting well with their community. Aside from my earlier nomination, John from this site, and John from ExtremeJohn.com, I’d also like to nominate Sire from WassupBlog.com. The way he stays in tune with his commenters is pretty impressive – I’m always inspired to be a better comment responder when looking at his site!

This dude started just six months ago about and already as a site with more traffic than mine. 1 All the people that commented above, I have been going through a rough time on a few fronts lately and you people have rode with me thru my stupid rants and crybaby attacks. Usually, the posts I think will be the best turn out to be least popular, the ones that I think will be crap turn into gold, the ones with the most comments get the least tweets or vice versa, and so on. You just have to decide what kind of response (good comments, retweets, bookmarks, etc.) you are really looking for, look at the posts that get it, and go from there.

Well it took me 5 tries and multiple flip back to this page to get Jenny’s blog. The 6th time was the charm after adding in www (3rd try) and taking out the “g” in working on the 6th try. Obviously, I’m not an experienced blog reader.
She is hilarious. I got a lot of 404s on her blog though so I will have to come back to find out what happened in yoga. Not sure if it’s my fault or the blog but I enjoy the error message with Gnarly Dude.
I wish I could get as free on my blog but since it’s going to be read by clients and their employees when it launches, I don’t have as much freedom.

Your too much bro, I really appreciate the luv but it’s important to note I hardly spell things write and putting sentences together the way they should be, I’m terrible there too.
The reality is I’m not a blogger, I am however a passionate business person and individual that manages to throw some updates up every once in a while.
