Sometimes I WISH I was like most people. Most people to me it seems use a ALL about me method and it often looks like the way to go . Recently I felt used by some bloggers that I have run with since they were new and then as time went on the ones about money get what they want and you can see them furiously looking for the next payout as your so called friendship fades. I like money and it sucks being broke and I think a person should strive to find something they can do that will compensate them fairly, I’m all for that. But personally I have lost out numerous times by putting PEOPLE first, recently I was talking with my lawyer about a company I’m starting and all the things I needed to do beforehand when out of no where he said, I spoke to the State Attorney and he wants you to file a warrant against Bradley Bowden from Mc Kinney Texas the dude that lied to you and used you for 543.00 last January and thinks it’s FINE. Anyway I was like what ? I don’t snitch he will get his, I mean having the law come to your door is some scary shit and I rather just take a loss then chase some Fake ass Christian Goof around Texas. If it was 5000 that would be a whole different story. Brad currently had Youtube videos with him and his wife dinning at the local steak house and buying $500 puppies and all that awesome STUFF 
Living the Life man. What happen is I was making good money at the time like 5000 a month just fucking around on the internet when someone who I THOUGHT I knew and talked all that Coach Anthony Robbins crap 24/7 and his SN was OUTSIDEMYBRAIN and email addy WAITINGFORJESUS you may know the type. So like a BIG BASS I was all for sending him the money for a percent of the business and even at my cost made him a wp blog on a domain that I also BOUGHT
See I was all for having someone’s back when I saw and thought they were trying to get ahead. Do you know how many people really reached out to help me in the two years this blog has been online VERY FEW It’s cool because I had to learn shit on my own.
The main reason I’m writing this is not Fake ass Brad but I’m seeing many of my blogging friends doing great and starting to reach out make great contacts etc and I just wanted to remind EVERYONE be careful who your dealing with THANKS
Have any similar experiences ?
PS Also I noticed I lost a good piece of change today and I started thinking
Man I need to start being a fucking selfish hard ass like all these “successful people” you know the ones that don’t have time for you, never answer you back yeah man the one making MAD MONEY see sometimes we can ruin something good in us because of the bad in others, my advice reach out but make sure that hand doesn’t bite you Peace watch your wallet lots of snakes in this world
PS in all fairness I have been thinking about my role when a friendship fades and WHY ?
Sometimes I let them fade on purpose

I think if you are going to do this for a living, you have to make it a business. Yes you need to network and build relationships while you are in business too. But if a relationship goes bad, move on from it, dwelling on it will only slow you down bro!

Unfortunately the Internet is no different than the real world in regards to people and their motives. I am on the Internet to make money, plain and simple. But something remarkable happened, I found some truly remarkable honest caring people that have gone out of their way to help this old lady make money online asking nothing in return. Humanity is what it is! There are more lemons than angels.
I am by nature a hermit and have made more real friends online than I ever have in the real world.
My time online is limited, so I do not comment on peoples blogs as often as I would like to. Here is no different. But if I do not focus my time on my money making projects we will lose our home. I have to keep my priorities. It does not mean I do not care about people. I would do most anything for anyone that asks, especially those that have shared so much with me.
Don’t misinterpret people’s behaviors. Sometimes it is just the business gets in the way of keeping in touch as much as people would like.

I know what you mean, anyone can be nice when they’re getting help, but how are they acting once that help is received? The only “advice” I guess I really have is something my mom has always told me. “Don’t change who YOU are because of what someone else is doing”. Basically, you can still be cautious and make sure you don’t get screwed over. But if you’re a genuinely nice person, and that’s who you are, don’t change that just because of a few jerks on-line.
You never know who you might help that ACTUALLY appreciates your help, don’t pass up the chance just because of some bad apples. Also, I know what you mean about learning things on your own, sometimes it’s best anyways because there ARE jerks out there that will say “sure I’ll help you”, while they’re misleading you and laughing about it all the way.

It can happen many ways, and of course you never see it coming but man does it sting. I’ll try to be brief…
When I first started, I fell into a scam. While blubbering on a forum a very kind soul took it upon herself to help me pick up and start correctly; she worked with me hand in hand for over a year, maybe almost 2.
She herself was transitioning from (very successful) computer repair/website building to marketer, so we brainstormed a lot of stuff together…I like to think I helped her some too.
Well, she grew; grew herself right into guru status, which is a four letter word as far as I’m concerned…..oh she changed, and not for the better.
Long story short, I lost my first real mentor and it stung.
