Let’s just say by some Freak of nature and reality I had amassed a fortune and ended up controlling Google.com and the whole company.
Let’s start with the boring spots and where they obviously don’t have a clue if you consider after a massive investment ONLY 88,000 Nexus phones have been sold. I would give people a phone for FREE I may charge a deposit to keep track of the account and all that. Anyway think of the MULTI MILLIONS of poor people I just put a virtual lap top in their hands, in exchange for the free service the user listens to a 5 second audio/video ad, period that’s it. These ads are so targeted and EXPENSIVE they easily pay for the whole cell system and all the other cool features, apps all that. I would think if I had 19,000 people working for me and with me it would be done in one week.
Then I would buy, secure every reference to Poogle, legacy, legacy domains, etc. This would be a one time cost Hybrid domain that we host for infinity for a person, business etc. Let’s say you pay 1,000 or 10,000 US for a domain name of Your name where your GREAT GREAT GREAT (HUMANS ARE GONE BY THEN ) GREAT grandkids can check you out. Poogle is our social networking,telephony, live video super site that makes MAD money running OUR ads and crippled Facebook and Twitter during one summer.
Now the GRID, no doubt Google is HIGHLY interested in securing the electric grid of the modern kind, they specialize in making vast amounts of money doing NOTHING so what better way then to harness the whole electrical grid and charge people but that’s peanuts, these grid power POWERFUL weather resistant HIGH speed WIFI Satellites that make or brake countries, colleges, governments, you think a google search result is fast now REALLY ?
Now any Goof could run Google. I would buy my own country and do whatever I wanted skip hooking up with America I would be open source ad supported and do a few human related investments here and there to atone for our sins and wealth, the real expertise is needed by Yahoo and my next post is how I saved Yahoo from being the next AOL. My main goal for Google would be to put Time Warner, ATT, banks out of business then I would go on vacation.
What would be some things you would GET done at Google ?
I would give all my Blogging friends FREE adword accounts but keep that on the DL in case they call me

I’ll watch that 5 second ad for my phone!
I would buy up and fence in Mountain View, CA and make Google Dolls there. You could ask your Google Doll a question and she wouldn’t answer until you gave her a kiss.

I fully expect Google to provide free phones so they can track everyone on the planet willing to accept one. I don’t buy the illusion of competition between Microsoft, Google and Yahoo!
When a company with the resources of Yahoo! intentionally destroys a good pay per click (ppc) system and Microsoft introduces the joke that their ppc was in the beginning (I don’t even bother to look any more so maybe it is better or maybe not) and AdWords accounts get continually more difficult to use do you really think they’re serious about competing or even making money?
Money is simply how they keep score in the games they induce pawns to play. I have nothing against using their systems as long as you understand what you’re doing and how the games are played first.

Gail, free phones?? Why not directly chipping everybody. There is a big downside to Google in matter of privacy.
I love Google……they make it possible for me to work out of my home, on a shoestring budget. Thanks to their wonderful Search Engine, I save THOUSANDS of dollars not having to do Bridal Fairs or Yellow Page advertising. Were it not for Google Chrome, I would have needed a NEW COMPUTER because of all the Trojan Vundo viruses that cause IE and FF browsers to crash.
Yeah, their phone is a craptastic failure………NOT! They are keeping Apple and I-Phones honest. Were it not for Google’s attempt to compete, the I-Phone would probably cost $1000 and $100 a month for data servicing.
