Instead of trying to come up with some totally awesome topic and things to write about I decided I would maintain my own whacky style and just write whatever I wanted which is going to be a collection of shit I think is important 
Hopefully you will share some of my thoughts.
I was thinking about the things about myself that I would change. I thought about all the challenges and obstacles I have in my life and wondered if I had the capacity to at least get into the fight.
Of course we all wish there were no consequences to the mistakes and bad choices we made in the past. One of the most destructive thought patterns I have is the ALL or Nothing. Yes when I started blogging I was going to start something bigger then Google and surely the whole world would then realize how wonderful John Sullivan really is. What I found out is I was my own worse enemy AGAIN and made many irrational decisions in terms of how I dealt with the online “game” and interacting with people.
I would love to have Hollywood white teeth and at first I thought 200 but then said 190 would be a great healthy weight for a person 5′ 10″. I also have a relatively serious medical issue umbilical hernia that I have totally avoided dealing with… But you know what I made much better choices with what to do with my money this month. And today when the thought to call the coke dealer next door crossed my mind I instantly thought that having a great Christmas and my kids were way to important to even risk doing anything stupid.
Yesterday I watched my neighbor being escorted down the stairs by two cops, today a cop was shot here in San Antonio. I’m staying inside and out of trouble.I would love to quit smoking cigarettes and saw those e cigs has anyone tried them ? I have quit cold turkey before and I know 100% that a human being with desire can do anything. So what are you doing ?

Hey Bro…thought the FTC thing was a joke, I had to replay it. Jesus, what are we letting our governments get away with? You can’t even post a blog without following their stupid 2000 page guidelines anymore. Did you hear how congress wants to officially make people who are “mentally retarded” be known as “intellectually challenged”? We have insane unemployment all around the world and this is what they come up with.
About the smoking, I helped a friend quit by inventing a reward system: every two weeks she would set a daily goal (like 4 cigarettes per day) and as long as she met that goal I’d buy her a starbucks drink that she liked, the next week she would go to 3 cigs per day and so on…the point is you gotta replace it with something for most people.

Quitting smoking.. ugh.. I tried quitting when I started training mma – figuring that the strain this combination would put on me would force me to stop – but the problem all along is that I’ve never 100% wanted to stop smoking.. Now I’ve got competitive cardio and am in relatively good shape in spite of the fact that I smoke

Never tried the ecigs here… It’ll look weird as no one ever tried I guess. But I think am gonna stop this f*cking cigarette. I am decreasing it day by day…its one a day now…I’ll quit it by some weeks.

I’m totally with you on the FCC front. In my 9-5 I worked in a retail store selling cell phones. Did I have to tell every single customer than I would make a commission if they bought their cell phone from me? Did I tell them that because they decided to go for a higher plan I am now going to make more money?

It’s an absolute joke to be honest and like you said, I’ll do what I want when I want to do it and how I want to do it.

Quitting smoking cigarettes is the best thing you will ever do for yourself. There is no good reason to continue and lots of reasons to quit. Health and money are the two best reasons of all. That and yoyr breath will smell infinitely better. Go for it!

I have the same all or nothing mentality. It helps a lot for motivation, but I often get let down!
