What a joke and the problem is still being harbored inside that community.
I did have a good laugh with Wagerwitch’s new discussion but the truth is BC was already missing quiet a few people way back caused by the maggot who they kept feeding and is still there.

Anyhow let them pat themselves on the backs for my leaving but the truth is I already had a talk with the Owner (Tony) and I told him I was already on my way out anyways.

Everyone I speak to on the top of the charts in social media don’t even know what BlogCatalog is, they laugh when I mention BC so that alone should tell you something. Top bloggers don’t go there only wannabee bloggers.

I love how BC is saturated with blogspot blogs and people hiding behind anonymity where if you did a whois search on their blog, you have no idea who the hell you’re talking to as any information on them is blocked or unknown yet they can come out to shell out advice to other bloggers like they know what blogging is about. That place was a joke from start to finish and still is.

Word is BlogCatalog was displeased with my last blog post which talked about them and what they do but hey it’s my blog and my blog is both a personal blog and one that discusses many different issues including social networks and blogger communities like BlogCatalog and if they don’t like the fact that I can dish it they can go fuck themselves.

I don’t work for BlogCatalog and they don’t work for Bloggers.
I will continue to discuss whatever the hell I want to discuss on my blog.
Imagine the fucking nerve of a blogging community who wants to tell bloggers what they can talk about or discuss on their own blogs. Yes a silencing of any blogger who will talk bad about them or are displeased with the way things were being handled there. Well they can try but anyone who visits my blog will know the truth about that place, a cesspool of degenerates.

Folk’d is real good, but they often drop the trailing slash on links, so make sure your WordPress redirects are 301s and not 302s!
