I do both work-related blogging, and I have my personal blog.. The one is based entirely around building traffic, getting visitors and increasing influence.. the other is all about getting my word out there, giving me a place to rant and to vent (that's the one I love the most) I don't care if it makes me much money or not, the mental/emotional benefits of having that blog far outweigh any potential monetary rewards I think the blogging thing is dependant on one’s motivation for blogging..
