This is one of those income opportunities that have the disclaimer: do not try this at home if you have difficult time writing. There are people online making a serious living from writing articles. I have dabbled in article writing for cash a little, and yes, if I didn’t love my CPA Network income so much, I would write for a living. Just make sure you write for legitimate article writing companies.

I’ve used and still use Triond, Associated Content and Huliq.com. These three have paid me well and except for Huliq.com, they all pay within 10 days of publication. Triond and Huliq.com pay based upon the traffic generated from the articles.

Huliq.com is a citizen driven online publication that publishes timely news articles. You can choose to write in your specialty, whether it is technology, health, breaking news, economy, etc. I know the owner of Huliq.com pretty well and he is reputable and hard working. If you’ve got a few hours a day just to write, then Huliq.com might be your article writing income opportunity. Huliq.com pays once a month, around the 10th of the month by PayPal.

Associated Content is another legitimate article writing income opportunity. I have written for them off and on for the past two years and have made lots of friends as well as received lots of positive reviews for the material I have submitted. Associated Content allows you to submit what you want, or you can choose to write about recommended topics. The recommended topics usually pay more, they also have a set determined amount of words required to complete the task. Associated Content usually pays within 7-10 days of submission, and sends payment by PayPal.

Triond is another article submission company that pays you for created content or recommended content. I’ve written recommended content on breaking news stories and gotten paid for the traffic it received as well as the comments and “likes” it receives. The key here is to get your friends to “like” (click a voting button within the article) your article as much as possible. Apparently, this gets you more hits to your article. Triond also pays you by PayPal.

I know I didn’t cover services like pay per post. I don’t really consider those sites to be article writing sites. Although there are people who make comfortable incomes from writing for pay per post websites, you really only become a mouthpiece for advertisers on your blog. Unless you want your blog to become a pay per review site, then I wouldn’t recommend it. Legitimate article writing websites usually publish your submitted articles on their site.

The last article will talk about Internet Opportunity Programs.

Very good information about legitimate article writing companies. Good explanation about Associated Content and Triond companies. Thanks for the information.

An article for Associated Content requires tons of hits in order to get paid. I have no idea about Triond but if they’re both article submission sites then article views in the key. I don’t see anything wrong about paid conversations as long as it’s minimal and properly disclosed. The best thing is consistently providing quality content as top priority than paid reviews so that in the long run, readers will keep coming back. More readers equals advertising opportunities and monetary results.

so… I tried associated content for a while and then gave up because I got paid blogging jobs. Is the money in associated content really worth it? I did appreciate their list of recommended topics with incentives though :)
