as far as do follow it’s a plugin search on http://wordpress.org and install what that does it makes the links that people leave DO FOLLOW that you do transfer page rank to that link. The benefits are to me that your not selfish I have seen countless talented bloggers try to sculpt page rank and keep their sites NO follow to me that’s lame and just shows they don’t REALLY care about people coming to their site.To me it’s like a TIP to show appreciation
