This is the first in a daily series of all the different social media networks, communities and what I think about each one.The benefits of joining and any inside tips or tricks etc.
I have been a member of Facebook for a few months and I can’t think of any real benefit of membership as a blogger. If I wrote some corny book or was a seminar guru then Facebook would be my place.I do get a kick out of all the whacky apps they come out with it seems like everyday,so you can send karma, drinks, hugs to people you don’t even know.
You can add friends all day long at 20 a day I think but if your not going to interact with these people what good is 10,000 “friends”.It is very rare to see a facebook visitor on the old widget.Facebook could be useful if you really worked it.I just went in and out a few times while I wrote this and I guess I’m just not to impressed with Facebook overall.Maybe I need to look at it from a different angle.
But I guess bloggers are looking for places that will lead to visitors. So as far as visitors to your blog:( and as far as a lot of goofy things to do to have some fun once in a while;)
You can post a blog on there but come to think of it,Facebook seems like it doesn’t even get indexed cause other then emails saying some other HUMAN BEING befriended me I haven’t heard a peep from facebook?Whats your opinion?
Tommorrow I’m going to go with friendster and friendfeed. And top it off with the BEST OF THE BEST;)

If you go with FriendFeed, you can add the FriendFeed application to your Facebook account…that’ll allow you to actually interact and share blog posts with your other blogger friends on Facebook as well as FriedFeed. Good luck!
