WelI I wanted to start off by saying that when I was younger I had the best friends in the world.Unfortunately many of them are dead.And I’m grateful to be alive.Over the years I was involved in a underground society and we had high expectations on each other and I was always demanding of my friends because I knew that I had their back 100%.
Well I live a much different life now and concentrate on learning this new way of living.I started blogging in November when I was fortunate enough to have my wife let me come back after many years of hard core living.I travelled all over the country and got to party and have a great time in many places.I also quite strangely haven’t had one drink since I have been blogging.
I lived in Key West for many years and know most everyone there and used that as a refuge to get away from years of violence.Key West is a great place in many ways and I still have one true friend there and many associates.Society is so alien to me now.I come from a place where family meant something and you had your neighbors back no matter how crazy,poor or what color they were.We looked out for each other and it might take you an hour just to leave the block if you were going away for the weekend.All your friends would check in,you had to tell the old ladies all about where you were going and then listen to their stories of their adventures.You knew everyone on your block and that’s the way it was.
Now days I don’t understand people an see MOST people are phony shallow self centered and miserable.
I watched all these hotshots come and go.I’ve had days with tons of money and I have had days were I woke up in a stupor flat ass broke in some pretty bad places.I survived I have been shot twice and did over 10 years of my life in prison.I’m still the loyal 100% Proud Irish guy that has grown up a little,learned a little and I wanted to write a little bit about myself cause even after all the disappointment and resentments of the past I wanted to reach out to people and let them have a little idea who I am.
I was thinking today that I don’t have many friends online basically because people just seem to be fly by night.
Mom is a pretty cool person and she is straight up so I share info with her and stumble her blog a lot and think of what I could do to help her because where I’m from that’s what friends do.Check out her cool blog.

I have meet some cool people but commenting on someone’s blog is not really friendship to me.In fact it’s far from it.
I saw Guy Kawasaki on Donny Deutsch tonight and I will say this that blogger is at the top of his game and making plenty of money.Thank God for me he didn’t look as good or as young as he does in his online pics.But the point is that I heard a lot people mention this guys name and then I see him on TV.Well I’m sure that he has worked very hard to be where he is at and my hats off to him.My point as to reference this guy is that when you see people that are successful you have to look and see that your own negative attitude and being critical is not the way to go.I have to abandon that old sense of loyalty and not revert to that all or nothing attitude and let people be people.
So the real reason I mentioned all this is because it’s exciting to start to see my blog picking up some momentum and I did it old school style and kept to my whacky principles.Like I won’t sell you something that is a rip off YOU see that all over.I won’t play make money blogging on you or wordpress guru,any of these blogs I could make all day long.I rather have very few readers that know I do my best to keep it real then millions of fake ass yuppie gurus that aren’t worth their twitter.

WELCOME TO POTPOLITICS

Well I have so many things to say about that. So let’s just go thru some of the things that I have to deal with right now. One I’m currently divorcing myself from ALL no paying ad companies. God knows I tried them all.

I just went into my marketleverage account. After being sick of all the same scam ass companies. Boy these companies can get full quick with a bunch of arrogant hotshots. Well I can go into details like no call back when YOU said you were going to call. Listen I don’t sweat anyone it’s THEIR job to help me MAKE money, just let’s move on. So I’m going to deal with Google specifically for now on for  just general ads and have an affiliate company that I making good money with the rest can go catch some other sucker.

Speaking of suckers. Today I came across Shoemonkey’s lame post about Blogcatalog. The interview was half ass cause I actually like Oscar >but what was interesting is after months and not going on that site for any reason because I’m not at all impressed with any of these people actually. But I thought it was quite predicatable that the owner of blogcatalog  would be on there brown nosing to any new people even to the point of bypassing his own sign up process now that’s desperate. NOW I live 3 miles away from Blogcatalog and today I learned that people will suck up to you if they think your somebody and there’s something in it for them. (PERIOD) Well it wasn’t surprising to read from many some what known bloggers who left comments that they had no use for that site. My whole point is from  this point on I’m going to teach you how to get to the TOP . I mean the real top >of the whole blogging world. When you look at the competition this isn’t all that hard to do. They play that kiss up nice nice game while I build and when I’m ready I’m going to bypass all these lame ass people .

So is blogging worth it ?  Damn right it is. Alot of great things have happen to me already and the sky’s the limit. Oh and I want to say something also about other bloggers. Since day one I have wrote about, stumbled, dugg, kissed up , apologized. Been nice to all kinds of people and I’m going to tell you I’m very offended in general. When I was in lame ass AA yrs ago I was under the impression that alcoholics were the most selfish, self centered people on Earth .But I have  come to change that to BLOGGERS.(PERIOD)

For now on I’m going to limit my efforts of reaching out and helping people. Sometimes I think it’s like kindergarten. I can’t be asking people to do stuff that is in their best interest like submitting your profile to a site that I made August 8th specifically for  Bloggers. Shit I’m not even on it . Anyway all those people who are on there  are great people and or friends. But guess what they’re smart and not lazy. I don’t know how many times I bent over backwards for people online and that’s just me but they don’t appreciate shit on a whole. I have actually had people disregard what I’m saying and ask me if I want to BUY their lame ass ebook. I don’t get people like that so I’m done trying to figure it out. So your probably thinking damn this dude is bitter and angry . No not at all and if you listen you may be able to save yourself ALOT of trouble and TIME. That is the essence of the question is BLOGGING worth it ?  Well after months of reaching out and kicking ass I’d say yeah now it’s worth it but do you have what it takes to do all that ? Because if you don’t you might as well hang it up. The only way your going to get to the TOP is hard work PERIOD one way or the other.

Sadly it seems if your going to make it you have to be some snob ass jerk for the most part and I’m going to show you that’s not true.

And even after saying all that I still have an incredible urge to help YOU.

But I have to start looking out for me first that is something that is alien to me .

I won’t be able to do it. I’m a people person always have been always will be.

So I just wanted to write a post old school style no editor’s, no links ,no keywords, nothing just tell you some  plans that I have already started that will put this blog deep in the TOP 100 technocrati this time next year and I may just give it away like I want to on that day. So is blogging worth it ? Yes I don’t drink anymore, I don’t go to jail. I still have alot of work to do on my expectations of people but I always had trouble with that .But I don’t get angry I just used that to plot my next move. Like a boxer or weightlifter you have to keep pushing. Do you have that in you? Probably not…most people quit. I have seen countless people come and go. I’m still here and I’m getting ready to start writing about database,mysql admin stuff,seo tweaks for wordpress, in fact check out my page source and you will see changes that I’m making now to prepare for WAR………..

For me it’s not but I found people aren’t going to help you .You may have a small group of friends that think about you and a few that cross your path on a daily basis and thank God for that but basically this is between ME YOU and Google. I’m going to force Google to make sure it sends me another YOU .

Thanks for stopping BY .You know I always write that and thought about stopping cause the people that do get alot of traffic never say thank you, they never visit your blog and personally they are to busy worrying about them to worry about you. If you have made any real friends in Blogging consider yourself lucky and I’m lucky to have 10 friends and like 5 real friends. That’s after 10 months pretty sad huh

Well when you keep it real and try to help people that is the cost and I wouldn’t change a thing.

So if you want cause I really don’t care if you do (maybe reverse psychology works on bloggers ) tell me some of your own experiences some positive ones preferably. Because to be honest everything I wrote is positive if you think about it because it’s the truth.  So I’m justing letting you know what your up against.

For me all this let me understand that you are going to have to work hard if your going to get to your goal.

My next post is going to be why women are better bloggers then men. I will list the TOP TEN Women Bloggers in the World according to ME;)

OJ  GUILTY he knew he was done and let that serve witness that every dog has their day.

Now doesn’t that sound crazy ? I wanted to write a few things about what I think we can all do right now. Not only as Americans or wherever your from but because we are all HUMAN BEINGS.
Instead of trying to convince you to maybe think more about PEACE and instead of pointing out all the people in this world doing horrible things to each other. I just want to speak to YOU about what we can do today.
Do you have a neighbor or family member that for whatever petty reason your at odds with ? Do you feel hatred every time you see or think about a particular person?
Well now is a good time to go across the street or make that call and put YOUR hand out.
I’m not saying Bitch up or call and rehash old wrongs or even admit you may of been wrong.
But what I’m asking is that you go outside your normal methods and just call and say something like -” Hey I was thinking about you and wondering how you are? That’s it.
Now if the person goes off or your neighbor gives you the same reaction then kick their ass. Well at least you can say you tried. See anger and hate is poison to you and the world.
Ever since I was a young boy in NYC it fascinated me as to why humans kill each other.My first memories as a child is of boxes with US flags on them being unloaded from an airplane with pictures in the corner of young guys on the TV. Now more then ever America needs to let go of her need to be militaristic. No I’m not a tree hugging peace loving left wing liberal. I’m just a regular guy asking for some PEACE. Please think about it.
Here where I’m living in San Antonio murder is an every day event a quick mention on the news. When I spoke to people about it here I was saddened to hear “hey it’s not my people” Well they are dead wrong. Even if I didn’t like you I’d still love you enough to not want to see any harm come to you.
What also amazes me is how everyone is concerned about money and scared about their futures well when your dead you won’t have to worry about that.If you live in America and think you can’t be a victim of a homocide your kidding yourself. Trust me I know many people that were Murdered.My own Father was murdered closing a bar in Brooklyn when I was 10 years old. I’ve lost countless friends to murder. I been shot twice myself.
I would like to see everyone have a great weekend but before all that just do me a favor think about maybe reaching out to that person I mentioned and think about LIFE and just how short it can be.One day is going to be your last so enjoy them till that hapens that is all I’m saying. Sorry for using that title a little misleadingly.

Everyone loves comments and the plugin commentluv has been a fav of mine from day one. Andy Bailey is an awesome dude very cheerful and hard working. It was refreshing to come across a wordpress plugin developer that isn’t an arrogant jerk like some of the others I’ve come across. Andy had just released a whole ajaxed version of the plugin and now he has a social networking site for comment luv LOVERS this guy isn’t going to stop there. Hello thanks for stopping by . Well that title may throw you off for a second but I will explain. I have another project that I have been working on BLOGANESE and I have reached out to some so called well known people and they are just so stuck on themselves to even respond. So I’m like number 5-6 for DO FOLLOW on Google’s front page. Many of the people on there I have reached out to and they are mostly just a bunch of fucking snobs so I’m going to FIRE this post right up on their snob asses so they have to see it . When it’s all said and done they ain’t shit. Lack of respect to me there’s no excuses. One of the busiest and to me the most talented and respected bloggers in the WORLD Darren Rowse responds to people. These wannabe tech seo jerks better wake up. I sometimes check these so called ELITE people’s stats and I’m dusting them off one by one. Soon they will be wanting to wash my car for a mention. What a bunch of fake ass people we have in this so called blogging world. But that’s more then enough to say about those

” LOSERS”.

There are plenty of beautiful people that are blogging and one of my JOBS is to let you know who they are.

I was going to make a SHITLIST page and just add jerks that I come across to let all my blogging friends know who sucks but why waste my time. But I may just do it. That would be a first and I like doing things first so you may just come by soon and see a page called “scumbags”. A little payback never killed no one? But that’s not really my style and although they deserve it.I’ll just let time kill them you can see one guys page on there he is VERY well known and hasn’t posted since July so a slow death is just as good as an instant one. I don’t hate but I don’t appreciate snobs trying to dis me and I like to set them straight and if I do ever go to one of those lame ass blogger conventions there more then welcome to step to John Sullivan and do what they got to do. Who cares it would just be more publicity when I kicked there ass in real life.

Forgive me but I’m just over it but like to mention it when it gets so blatant. Just remember the nobody today may be your BOSS tommorrow. I would answer anyone and hope to GOD I never get that arrognant to not answer another person,no worries.

Ok OK to the positive. I have had an awesome experience on Facebook and am now in contact with a group of childhood friends. Now we are conspiring to have a 30th Reunion at the little Catholic School we went to.

Today I had to go into a Catholic church it’s actually right across the street and I have been here on and off over the years today was the first time I went in there. It was depressing actually and funny how people try to act all “religious” on you.Well I was raised Catholic and there’s nothing for me there. I did say a short prayer for America and her people, then I split.

I will tell you that I have seen some of my friends are going to vote for Mc Cain my thoughts on this are all the dead soldiers and I’m telling YOU if you want to vote for that idiot scam ass politician you better be ready to go to fucking IRAQ YOURSELF, I would go for America but enough is enough.

America is in some real dire straits right now and people need to wake up and pay attention. At any moment our whole economy can collapse we are walking on a tight rope right now.If your a praying person now would be a good time.

I was thinking it’s ironic and a stroke of my luck for all this to be happening just as my life is getting better. But money never made anyone happy and I just want peace and happiness.

Over the next few weeks figured between now and Christmas I’m going to end my post by doing a mini- feature profile of some cool blogger’s I know. I will get to all of them so I don’t want any of my friends to think I forgot them or that whoever is first has a better blog. BUT this first one I have to say that I have never seen anyone work harder and faster and impress me more then Tony Cathey. I met him one day about two months ago and watched him literally blast his way past all the regular hurdles. I have been blogging not to long myself but what he has done in two months would of took me 6 months. He is a pleasure to know and I enjoy and appreciate his friendship. His blog on the domain IMABLOGGER.NET- where false doctrine gets OWNED and all that. He has used all his skills. The writer,diplomat to hostile people, the artist, code editor and I’m just so happy and yeah PROUD to have been able to watch him. You can check him out on his blog and even if the religion thing isn’t your bag I get alot from the blog and as a blogger to network with you will find NONE better.

Welcome to POTPOLITICS

What a great day. I was able to get so much done and wanted to talk about a few things concerning BLOGGING.
I wanted to first thank everyone for the feedback and it really helped. I was able to straighten out my wordpress bugs. I used the automatic upgrade easy as pie. I switched themes. I deleted alot of files and cleaned up alot of trash.

I also spoke to my host and I don’t know where to begin on how much they hooked me up. I have yet to find one thing to complain about .Now I’m with the developer package and a ton of bandwith.

I’m ready to really start building. This blog is honored to be in the Alexa 100k now and my timing was perfect . I also was able to upgrade my Broadband to Road Runners TURBO it’s BLAZING FAST

Oh with the developer package that means 5 more FREE domains and now I will have all my domains in one place.
So I went downtown and came back to find stumble killed my acct and I was laughing because who wants a burst of 15 second traffic? I almost didn’t put the entrecard card widget back on this blog and only did so because I have ads pending and people have already bought ads so I’m not going to go out like that.

But we all know that in order to make any real money from Google the time people spend on your blog is a factor and I wanted to just go head to head with the Google bot. So I thought it was actually ironic
the day that I get things ironed out I hit 100k Alexa. I get my host with the most putting my sites on a faster better server. Entrecard announces it’s up for sale and stumble kills my account. Perfect like bowling a turkey.

I’m going to start drawing my traffic organically from the only search engine that matters. That is going to be my main focus for a little while. Social media is having a crisis as people look for the next DIGG and I might just bring it to them. The big boys Yahoo, Google, Facebook,DIGG are all in a coma and now is the perfect time to build the next generation of social networking site, which will have the LIVE EFFECT.I already experimented with some code and it’s actually a done deal.
I even tried to help the owner of Blogcatalog cause I knew he needed this for his lame site but they had it all figured out. Sometimes we don’t see why things DON’T work out until the end then it all makes sense-well today’s the day BABAAY
I started my day off with a great read at Benny’s Ya’titude and it was all about what I’m telling you now.

Give Benny some love . I know he is having a great day like me because it’s all a mindset. Practice and do the next right thing and it will materialize before you know it.

And to TOP it off I will get to see Obama smoke Mc Cain tonight. So you can basically say after tonight the election will be over. I was watching Obama talking to someone and I know real when i see it. I honestly believe this man cares about people and I was so proud of him.
I would of never guessed I would come to have such a love for blogging and I definitely never thought I’d see a black man become President in my life time. I’m very proud and hope that our economic crisis gets remedied real fast so America can get back to business. I would love to see our business as PEACE ,agriculture, and technology . We are in a position to feed the world and save millions of lives I hope we make it there.

And it all started with Benny’s positive post .My being open to whatever positve the world had to bring my way and that’s all I did. Google also hooked up Benny and I hope they hooked you up also.
