I went to downtown San Antonio today and the one word I can think of is DISGUSTING.I don’t get this place at all.
This city has millions of people here.It is a very low paying city and people are trapped in low paying jobs so they don’t give a damn. And I swear I saw some tourists and I was thinking to myself why would you come here?
Downtown San Antonio is FULL with smart ass cops that have nothing to do but harass people.Then there’s thousands of homeless people.Some of the faces I have seen for many years.Texas is the worst state I have ever lived in by far.These people need treatment and opportunity.There is none of that here.
Yet they always seem to have money to build some pork project.I have seen homeless people all my life and was homeless myself.The people that I saw downtown need to be in some kind of institution.This one lady I asked if I could give her a dollar to get a soda she was so paranoid and incoherent,where’s her family?Probably gave up on her years ago.I saw countless people that actually look liked public health threats.I never saw so many people on crack and lying in their own shit.It really blew my mind cause I have been going down there for years and I would look for old friends.I had a clear dose of reality of where I’d be tonight if I was still drinking.I came back to San Antonio in November and haven’t drank since and thank God for that cause I could be out there tonight.
The situation is critical and I can only imagine how it is in other big cities.
I was in Rochester NY last winter and they have homeless by choice people there.There’s many ways to get off the street there.San Antonio is a disgusting place and I will make it my business to help some of these people.
On a more positive note I stopped by my wife’s daughters house and I’m going to give her one of my blogs to hopefully help her out she is a smart girl and trying to escape the all to familiar cycles of poverty.
Can one blog change a city ? Can I expose these rich white men and pressure them to do something?
ATT recently moved all their Executives out of downtown and it came as a REAL SHOCK to the mayor and the godfather of San Antonio this County Judge who has that old boy network down pat.Well ATT is not stupid and I’m sure they got tired of having clients  worldwide come to San Antonio and have scumbags coming up to them asking for change.
I say scumbags cause these kind of homeless wouldn’t work if you gave them a job.They hate society so much that they have practically no value other then we share the same species.
I don’t want to help these people. I want to help the working poor person and give them a great job so they can take care of their family and they don’t have to suck up at their shitty job .There’s a lot of things wrong here BUT there are some people that I will hopefully be able to help.

1 NO ONE cares about each other.
2 People here aren’t to bright
3 People accept a shitty life like that is their destiny
4 The government is run by the same ignorant people
5 Because I said so.
If your a believer in God please pray for all the lost souls that are out on the streets tonight.
When I got home my wife had some chicken parm and spaghetti working and I appreciated every bite of it.
I could really use some support I’m serious about trying to use this medium to rattle some cages and bring awareness.
I just watched a video that doesn’t even come close to showing the real homeless but I’m going to add it cause I’m actually going to go meet these people.And I’m going to bring my camera and take some pictures of some real homeless.Most of the men that these people deal with are functioning as far as working shitty jobs and going to the different places to catch anything FREE.
I spoke to some Christians tonight downtown and they were saying Jesus Loves you and all that.

I kinda of lost it and said I do believe in Jesus but where is he?If there is a GOD HE is not doing a very good job.Most of these people could be saved and I don’t mean by Jesus.You could argue giving these people the basics to survive in the street actually helps keeps them there.I would take one or two a month bring them in my house and give them 90 days to get it together and get their own place.I’m going to get into the nitty gritty.Please help me spread the word.I know these people will catch wind of what  I write,this blog gets indexed  real fast SO WAKE UP SAN ANTONIO . If I disappear you know what’s up.No but seriously this does hit home and it’s very sad.It makes you really appreciate a nice shower and a clean bed.

The reason is that the city of San Antonio could do something about this in 72 hrs

They have huge buildings on Kelly AFB for one that they can bring these people outhere and house them and set up jobs out there.And after 6 months they help people get an apartment.They can do this with one snap of the pen.So why don’t they ? YEAH REALLY WHY dont they think about it;)It’s not hard to figure out.

They used these buildings to house Katarina victims cause I worked out there when that happened.

They don’t do it cause these people are cast offs,nobodies,they don’t vote.They have no money.

There’s no reason other then compassion and there is NONE of that here in South Texas believe that.

And when those Christian groups can show men that got back to their families and changed their lives around then I would say there successful.Giving a man a sandwhich and a blanket and telling him we will see you Sunday is like spitting in that man’s face.And from what I have seen about places like they’re opening and I dont know about this group,but the ones I have seen it will be a bunch of do gooders that make a half way shitting wage and go home at night.What good is a bag of groceries if you will need that bag every month?This city really has no one to blame but themselves.

Look at whats on the city’s agenda,they take money from people and give it only to certain people
